ZIPS FA Bidding 2018
Last year's ZiPS bidding budget system worked well. We're going to continue it this year, but drop the team budget to $20. Only 14 guys were bid on last year, which is why we're dropping the budget by $10.
For those that need a refresher on the rule, please see last year's discussion here: viewtopic.php?t=6165
Again, the only change is the budget.
Bid dollars are not eligible for trade.

To clarify, this read poorly.Pirates wrote:To add: You will only lose your waiver claim in event of a tie. If you win a player outright, it will not affect your waiver standing
We will use waiver order as a tiebreaker, but you will NOT lose your standing in the waiver order.
Apologies to those confused.
