Does anyone know...
What the record for most interceptions in a game is? In a half? In a quarter? We may be witnessing history tonight in San Diego...

Remember we have already seen once this season Tony Romo threw 5 interceptions, and could have thrown 6 or 7. Amazingly, the Cowboys still won the gameRedSox wrote:We may be witnessing history tonight in San Diego...

How was that biased? I didn't make any judgements, I asked a question and stated a possibility. 4 picks in a half, 3 in a quarter... I've never heard of either happening before. The record being 8, Manning was on pace to tie it through the beginning of the 3rd Q when he got that fifth pick.Dodgers wrote:It's amazing how biased Bren can be...it almost doesn't surprise me anymore.
Might want to take the pinstriped glasses off for a little while.
No, that's what I was doing... I saw 5 picks in just a shade over one half of football, something I'd never seen before.
I wouldn't have said anything about it if it had been Brady (I'd have been too busy yelling my head off), but any other QB in the NFL, you bet. Is it sweeter because it happened to Saint Peyday? Sure, but I'd still have wanted to know what the record was regardless of whether it had been him, Favre, Eli, Palmer or Pennington.

You didn't see or you were not aware of this game - earlier this season?Mets wrote:Remember we have already seen once this season Tony Romo threw 5 interceptions, and could have thrown 6 or 7. Amazingly, the Cowboys still won the gameRedSox wrote:We may be witnessing history tonight in San Diego...

I don't think I saw it, though it did ring a bell when you mentioned it. I may have seen some of it but all my football viewing (except Patriots games) is done while working on my thesis or other papers so I only halfway take them in at best.Mets wrote:You didn't see or you were not aware of this game - earlier this season?Mets wrote:Remember we have already seen once this season Tony Romo threw 5 interceptions, and could have thrown 6 or 7.
