I'm pulling a real life Twins here and reassessing things after dropping four straight and falling 7.5 back in the WC race.
With that in mind, here's what I can move to help contenders:
Better players (potentially) available:
Brian Dozier
Yunel Escobar
Yasmani Grandal
Aaron Hicks
Kenta Maeda
Jorge Soler
Available for picks or prospects:
Bartolo Colon
Jacoby Ellsbury
Hisashi Iwakuma (should begin throwing program soon)
Adalberto Mejia
Daniel Mengden
Jose Reyes
Tyson Ross
Chris Tillman
Feel free to ask about anyone else. Lindor probably isn't going anywhere, but I'd listen on just about anyone else. Positions of need include SP, 3B, 1B/DH.

Flores, Storen, Rondon, and Sixto are gone. The rest remain. With the acquisitions of Matz and Beeks, there's lesson of a need to go out and get SP, although there's still room for improvement.
I've had a lot of interest on Grandal. My need to replace him with a C is hindering negotiations for a few teams, so if anyone out there is shopping a catcher, I'd be interested in picking one up.

The final days before the deadline, and there are a couple of updates on my block:
1) Beltran and Liriano have been dealt.
2) With the acquisition of Cameron Rupp, I no longer need a catcher in return for Yasmani Grandal, and he remains the most likely to move of the first tier of players listed.
3) I've had a few inquiries on Kenta Maeda, whom I'd move, but I'd need SP in return for him, so that complicates things.
4) At this point, I think it's unlikely that I'll move Dozier or Hicks, but I'll still listen to offers if anyone is interested.
5) Plenty of usable players remain available for picks or prospects:
**With the way Bartolo Colon is pitching for the Twins, there's now talk about him looking to return for another season, which means you could acquire him for a pick and get more than 5 weeks out of him.
**Jacoby Ellsbury has been on a little bit of a tear lately, and is raising his numbers to usable levels for next year's projections.

I've had some nibbles, but nothing concrete in the last few days. With the deadline moving, I'd like to move as many of these guys as possible as I prep for the offseason and draft.
