The Hatcher and Dickson signings appear to be more than 24 hours after posting, so they look o.k. (to me anyway, who does not know the exact rule).

Jag is correct. Both Dickson and Hatcher were picked up more than 24 hours after zips were posted (FG had them on the site on 1/11).

Per the rule: "As soon as FanGraphs releases a batch of ZiPS projections, each player will be on waivers for 24 hours." viewtopic.php?t=6165
