It's not an IBC Tigers season until one of our best players goes down for the year. Pollock before the season and now Stanton. Anyone have 40 hr I can borrow for two months?

Cruz is too old, what you really want is Adam Duvall.

These options are tantalizing, fellas. Thanks!

In all seriousness, if it looks like Pollock is going to return (5 games in at A+: .462 2 HR 4 RBI 1 SB), I may just roll with Pence in RF and Pollock in CF w/ Pillar when he returns. But if the right deal comes along, I certainly wouldn't be opposed to looking at something to return some power to the lineup.

Some pieces that could be discussed:

Daniel Murphy: Tough not to be excited about his 2016 campaign. He's got a top 10 fwar and #2 among second basemen. He's at 22 HR 86 RBI and a .350 average.

Mauricio Dubon: Breakout 2016 over two levels as a SS with a bat, speed, solid D and plate discipline.

Jordan Patterson: Doing what he continues to do now at AAA: Average/OBP/Speed power from a 1B/COF

Kennys Vargas: Will end 2016 with 25-30 HR over AAA/MLB and hitting better in MLB than he did in AAA. The Twins will soon release him and the Sox will turn him into a Hall of Fame DH.

Mark Appel: I mean, yeah...

Greg Allen: Leadoff CF having a breakout 2016 that's finally getting him some pub. Great speed, good contact rate, switch hitter. The reason the Indians dealt Clint Frazier (maybe)
