The first season I really followed baseball was 1991 as a 6 year old, when Hendu was hitting behind Rickey in the A's lineup and wearing 42 to Rickey's 24. I always thought of them as brothers and still haven't accepted that they aren't related. It's funny what sticks with you about a guy like that.
