Pat obviously wants to take over the Cubs. He sent his last MP as "hopefully the last one as the Jays." We're not allowing a mid-season move, right? I'm ok with him taking Chicago after the season.

Yeah he can have the Cubs after the season. No reason to move him during the season

Yeah, midseason moves are not happening, but I'm totally cool giving him the Cubbies after the season.
