Charles Cutler - .330 obp & 36% caught stealing rate in SIM, .303/.361/.424 in AA

Jeremy Horst - Killer on lefties in SIM, struggling in real life in real life

Kyle McPherson - 4.25 SIM era, 7 day DL in real life

Mike Kickham - 4.45 era in SIM (strong in big parks), struggling in AAA but still striking people out

Looking for younger guys who won't necessarily help me this year, but going foward...
