Just in case anyone missed the other thread.
I find the discussion/debate to be personally insulting.
I also think Shawn jumped the gun by starting a vote at a point when a total of one GM voiced an opinion on the matter.

I just voted, and I wanted to make clear, I think that this is a matter of perception, not that anyone is cheating. It's kind of like the NBA not letting their refs bet on anything, not just NBA games. Best just to stay away from any controversy, even though that controversy is almost always completely unfounded.

I agree 100% with Brett.

At this point, it's a very REAL possibility that JB will miss the playoffs. It's a crazy notion but I know DMB can make some crazy seasons and I know Bren that you and Pat have great teams. I don't and never have thought you were cheating. I do hear rumblings and grumblings sometimes though that people would sometimes think you're cheating or whatever if JB doesn't make it. And this is just a situation that's best to be avoided 100%. There's no sense in even risking it. do you want your integrity questioned? That's not what we're doing here. We believe you. We just want to avoid a situation where the league would think otherwise. If this race didn't involve JB personally, I'd have no problems and tell the league to F themselves if it were between you and say Pat alone duking it out for the WC. But i think some may find it crazy and ridiculous that JB missed out. I think it's a situation best left alone.

Y'know what you say to those people who question the validity of the simming? "Go find another league"

That's fine though. Looks like I'm done simming then. Good luck training the replacement, cuz I'm not helping with the process.

Bren, I'm begging you to look at this a different way. Sim fuckups happen, DMB skips a starter in the rotation or puts your closer in at backup catcher or any number of other ridiculous things that happen. You really want to deal with the shit storm? Being this touchy is going to take years off your life, calm the fuck down for the love of God.

Touchy? Dude, I've been dealing with shit-storms for 6 seasons in this league, you think anyone is going to say anything that I haven't heard before? Hell man, when we first started out, I was inputting every transaction, inputting every single roster adjustment every team made to their lineup, rotation, bullpen, bench, etc as well as doing all the boxes and i STILL listened to shit every time something was wrong. You think some behind my back comments or whiny posts are going to mean anything???

If I was overreacting, I'd have resigned from the TRC or quit the league. This is simply a logical response. You guys seem to think I can't be trusted, whether by yourselves or others in the league it doesn't matter, to sim fairly for the last two weeks. I say if the last two weeks are an issue, then I don't see how I can be trusted to sim any games period.

Oh, and the BEST part, is that you started up this brilliant vote (and voted) based on one comment by one GM that nobody else in the league felt had any merit whatsoever for 5 days and did so with zero debate/discussion and without ever bothering to ask the individual most directly effected by the decision what he thought of it.
Congrats guys, you officially screwed the pooch.

That might have been a good idea to discuss pre-vote as well.

Right well you also jumped the gun immediatly by proclaiming to the world from a mountain that you aren't simming anymore.
