OOPSS/DMB 2012 Transition

Johnny Hellweg is in the DB but listed as a "0" player.
Chad Bettis is in the DB, but I need to use him as my 10th draft roster player for now.

Also, not on my team, but just saw "Created OOPSS Player: Jacob Goebbert " I think it's "Goeddert"

Josh Harrison is listed as a 0 but I think he got a projection. I would also like Matt Den Dekker to remain a 10 player even though he made the sim.

The SIM has Oswaldo Arcia on my roster, but I don't have Oswaldo, I have Orlando Arcia on my roster.

Done. Almost all of these are cases where OOPSS dob doesn't match DMB's
