I don't have much left to trade since the majority of my guys worth anything were dealt at the deadline last year, but I do have 3 pieces that'll help contenders this year.

Seth Smith
Colby Lewis
Adam Wainwright

PM if interested. Wainwright is my favorite player, so he won't come cheap
