I could've sworn we started December 1st last year. January works better for me, I'm still torn on my pick.

We'll start January 1. We started in January last year, since it makes things a lot easier to keep track of for international players. We used to have the untimed clock begin in December, but it's pointless really.

It's been a while since I really paid attention to the first round. Not sure I've had a first round pick in last 5 years or so.
