Rosters Expand To 40

Your active roster in the sim can hit 40 on the new database which will be sent out later this afternoon.

Players signed on Sept 1 and after are eligible to play for Sept., but ineligible for the playoffs. You guys all know the drill by now.

Also with all the trades that have gone down, everyone remember to check your team and make sure you still have 10 draft slot eligible players or open slots.
