I just re-upped my BA online subscription and was wondering if anyone got their magazine? I imagine it's all the same stuff as online but with more pictures. I've started getting my local paper delivered after getting pretty much all of my news online since college. I find I enjoy being able to sit back on a weekend morning and read something you can actually put your hands on. That and it's good to have something to start the fire with in the winter. Anyway, I was wondering what magazines/papers the league reads regularly?

I'm currently about out of my free 4 month SI subscription for signing up for mlb.tv. I had a subscription to it for about 10 years then stopped in 2006. Once that's done I won't have any magazines but in the past I've subscribed to Progressive Farmer, Outdoor Life and Field & Stream

I mostly don't subscribe to sports magazines. I do get Rolling Stone (notsomuch for the interchangeable "This artist is a misunderstood genius" stories and reviews that focus far too much on reputation (seriously, every artist who issues a "comeback" album gets nothing less than three stars) but for the national affairs-type stories and quality gonzo journalism). I also get the New York Times every day (yay for student discount rates).

Rolling Stone, Popular Photography, Men's Health, and Baseball America. Probably not going to reup BA though (unless there is a deal).. kinda pricey and I almost never read it because most stuff is online.

Car & Driver and Game Informer. BA I only have the online subscription.

Maybe I'll look into a Rolling Stone subscription since I'm always so out of the loop with pop culture and music.
