I've given it 2 months, and while my quest for a .500 record is still obtainable, there's not point carrying guys who could help other teams this year if I can get something for them.

These guys are available, but I'm not desperate to dump, since teams usually overpay closer to the trade deadline, but if I get a fair offer, I may go ahead and pull the trigger -

Derek Lowe (have had a good amount of interest already)
Luis Castillo (If you need a #2 hitter, he's a great option)
Kevin Barker (VG power against RH/LH)
Josh Phelps (VG power against RH/LH)

Not moving Ichiro or Wright, since they will both be just as valuable to me next year.

Looking for guys to help next season at the following positions:

Catcher
Second Base
Short Stop
Relief Pitcher
First Base

I'm also not opposed to combining/adding prospects if I'm getting a better prospect in the deal.
