Standings portlet

You will notice a new portlet below the box scores, which has the current standings. These standings will be updated whenever box scores are uploaded, so basically whenever they change. When the page first loads, it will display your division, and you can change divisions by clicking the division you want.

I tested this in Firefox and IE since it is Javascript and didn't have any problems, but if you are having problems with it, please let me know so I can try to fix them.
