2010 Projections

DMB said they had no answer to my question whether they would or would not release a disc for next year. We should probably start thinking and looking into alternatives since the general vibe I get is that people were unhappy with ZiPS- myself included despite the fact that I won 113 games. Once I subscribe again to BP, I'll shoot them an email about a PECOTA projection system in DMB, and keep bugging DMB themselves.

DMB said they are going to release a 2009 season disc and V10 this December though. I told them I'd only be interested in buying V10 if they'd be releasing projections, I'm sure myself individually it won't make a difference, but maybe they'll take it into consideration.

Still, we need to start thinking about what we will do for next year with this.

Didn't Bren say that he was "working on a wonderful system" back in March when we hit this problem? Given his employment status, surely he's had time to do something.
