End of 2009

Post by Yankees »

While how this has been my most successful year in the league, the end of this year has been tough on the IBC front. The team fell apart due to a lot of neglect from me. I should apologize to my not real players first, but I do want to throw a small apology out to the league.

My move to DC has been more labor intensive than any of my other moves. It's also coincided with a TON more golf (dropped 10 strokes off my handicap this summer to a 12), and a lot more meetings for work. The team I took over had to have me do a MAJOR facelift, and we're just getting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Brett, I'm going to kick your ass in 2010. Congrats on 2009.

Darn, I was hoping that 2010 would be a rebuilding/reshuffling year or something. Maybe the Central will be a better overall division than the AL "Beast" again like it has been this year.

One thing is for sure, the AL West is still going to be most frustrating division ever for whichever of KC, Det, Bos, Tor and the Yanks don't make it next year.

Im sorry Texas, for not losing that last game and possibly costing you a playoff spot.

Jake, get ready to hopefully be swept. Nothing would be nicer than to see you lose the AL West in the last 3 games.

I'm glad you get to be relevant at the end of the season for once, it might take some of the sting away when you don't get to pick Strasburg. I'm looking forward to Buster Posey anchoring division title #4 next year!
