I smell a Bastardo for Sheffield move coming....as Kelly is hypnotized into thinking Sheffield is a young SS prospect with the Brewers.

I was actually being serious. Beware of JB's voodoo mind tricks that he uses on all GM's in the league that he makes trades with. It is a well documented phenomenon in the IBC. A lot of the GM's are actually considering pooling our money and hiring a psychic researcher to look into this matter.

Fighting........JB's powers......fighting......fighting......no, please, not the voodoo mind trick......fighting.......

Kidding of course. Actually had a bunch of productive trade talks w/JB this morning. We were close I think, but nothing will be done. He's actually not evil.

Still looking to get young OFF for young SP. PM preferred. Later dudes.

OK, maybe he is evil. Perhaps he has a soft side for semi-newbies that he hasn't dealt with much before. Or maybe I am stronger than you all thought........

Still fielding offers of course. PM me, let's talk.........

I've been thinking, and really this is more of a reason to put off a paper for another couple minutes than anything, but I don't believe JB has ever raped me. Here's the deals I remember with him

Luis Castillo for Foulke around 04

Salomon Torres for Greg Miller at the deadline in 06

Moises Alou for Sean Rodriguez in 07

Miller threw 50 good innings for me the year I won the title and Rodriguez helped get me Cliff Lee while Alou was out most of the time after I dealt him

I'm with Aaron--in the one deal I've done with the Evil Empire, I moved up in the draft (2005?) for the price of Eric Duncan...who turned out to be a dud.

So it appears that if you haven't had bad trades with IBC's Satan, you can expect some kind of success? Well then, watch out for the Indians!!!
