Looking for 3B, SP, C

With Aramis Ramirez hitting the DL, I'm looking for a stopgap 3B.

Also could use a decent defensive backup C (pref a switch or left handed hitter w/ at least Av power vs RHP)

Also always on the lookout for SP depth (esp LH SP, since Randy Choate can't keep this up forever). Either a temporary good-simming fill-in, or a more costly long term guy to slot in behind Verlander would interest me.

Depending on the deal, I'm willing to either move prospects (Gio G., W. Flores, D. Schlereth, J. Maxwell, etc), or veteran guys who should be significant contributors next year (like Duke, S. Hairston, Pence, McGowan, Troncoso).

Big Papi and his .957 OPS, 8.2 RC/27 is available, but he's the focal point of my offense this season (no matter how many HR he hits in MLB - or I guess doesn't hit for now, tho he got close today) and one of only a handful of power bats in the sim capable of slamming 45+ HR (50+ in the right park/lineup) or regularly posting a 1.000+ OPS, so I'd probably need some pop back in the OF or at 1B, or some other creatiive larger deal w/ OF/3B and/or SP exchanged both ways to avoid having my offense go in the tank. I urge AL contenders to take him for a test run, simming a few seasons w/ him in the heart of your order.

Hideki Matsui's also available, and is one guy ZiPS nailed so far:

He'll probably be a DH next year, but his Fr/85 + Av OThr def ratings in LF are good enough to play OF in the IBC, depending on the park.
