Does the waiver order update over the offseason?

It should have at the end of the regular season, I don't think it did though. I'll fix it, but I can't get to it until tomorrow.

Once it resets at the end of October, it doesn't reset again until the season.

The order has been reset for the end of the season and claims since then processed to reflect the actual current order.
