Cards block and needs

Alright guys, looking to upgrade in 3 places. I want a middle of the order bat at 2nd or 3rd and a solid player at the other position. The younger, the better. Also looking for an upgrade over Reed Johnson in CF for next year to hold down the fort until Gorkys Hernandez is ready but I can live with Reed playing CF and hitting 8th.
