He was playing in the FSL and his MiLB page said he was on a rehab assignment. The Cards FSL season is over, and his page now lists him as reassigned to the minors with the Memphis Redbirds. My question is: Can I activate him? I'm reading it as the Cards activating him and reassigning him to Memphis thus ending his DL stint.
Okay. Found this on BA's previous transaction sheet. Looks like he's good to go.

Rasmus returned on schedule from his knee injury, but he didnÃt get back to Triple-A Memphis, instead making stops in the GCL and the Florida State League. The sprained MCL cost him both a chance to play in the Olympics and a chance to receive a September callup. The Cardinals are trying to place Rasmus in a winter league.
