The wayward journey that is me...

Post by Yankees »

Three months was about two months too long in my realization that Erie was just not the place for me. It was tough leaving a situation where we were WAY ahead on tickets and ticket revenue from projection - which was making me look good - but I realized I wanted to be closer to my family.

Enter Boston. I'm completing my 5th day as the Director of Ticket Sales for the Boston Blazers - the new indoor lacrosse team playing at TD Banknorth in January 2009. I stumbled on to this opportunity, and couldn't be more excited for it. I get to return to New England, I get to do the job I love, and I get to do it for a sport that exploding regionally and nationally.

Check us out at www.blazerslacrosse.com - yes, my attempt to drive web traffic. If our New England presence ever wants to hook up for a night, we only have 8 games and most on weekends - could be a great opportunity.

My goal is to now make it to year 2...
