Ken PMed me yesterday with a couple of issues.
He claimed DeHoyos, who had a waiver time ending at 11:40 pm.
We updated the waiver order for the end of May earlier that evening, so his claim was made on the old order but processed on the new one.
I think it makes sense that the claim should go on the old order and I should reset the order again.
Also, because of how the waiver system works, even though the claim ended at 11:40, it wasn't processed until 1:08 am. Since it's Saturday night/Sunday morning, that's the difference between it going into the database this week.
I also think it makes sense to process this with the other transactions this week.

I agree that he should be granted both, if it's practical to do. I know that if I made a claim that was supposed to end before the month did that I would expect my standing to reset still.
If any of that presents a practical issue, I think that we would just need to tell people what to expect, "if you place a claim on a waivers ending after ___, it will be executed with next month's claims."
But either way, if it's possible, I think that Ken should keep his waiver standing for June (have waivers order reset) and have the player active for this week.
