How to handle suspensions

Post by BlueJays »

So Carlos Gomez has a 3 game suspension (don't know yet if he's appealing) and I assume Michael Pineda will soon have a suspension as well. Since we're still early on in our season, do we wait until we reach the points in the season where guys are suspended to keep them inactive for games, or will we do it at the same time as MLB regardless of where we are in our season?

I don't see any reason the suspensions wouldn't be served to match MLB dates

I don't even know how this would be handled in MLB, but if your suspended guy gets injured and you DL him, do you still have to work with 24 roster spots?

You replace the suspended guy in MLB, so I don't know why you'd be working with 24 spots

I don't think you do. Yankees have been rolling with 24 guys since Pineda's suspension.
