All-Star Voting Intro

Decided to renew the IBC All-Star game in MLB format, so here are votes.

JP and I did our best to pick the top 5 at all positions as well as post statistics. I'm sure we made a few mistakes, guys who haven't played all their games at the position they were nominated for, etc. But we did our best.

Aaron and Andrew (time permitting) will fill out the rosters just like in MLB and hopefully play it out H2H sometime next week.

We decided to let Andrew handle the DH since there's no easy way to get a list of guys who have played a majority of their games at DH.
